We had 66 new listings hit the market in Maple Grove this past month which was an 8.3% decrease.
Sold properties also decreased but we did see 80 homes sold.
Good news if you are a homeowner, the average sales price has increased almost 17% to $475,332 and the days on market is currently about 32 days.
