On a scale of 1 to 10 - Raleigh rates infinity! She is seriously the best. Everything you want in a realtor and more! Raleigh knows this area well, she listened to us, she is honest and forthright, meticulously detail oriented, and, she did not just want to sell us a house, instead, she helped us find our home - the one that fits us. (She also answered the questions that I didn’t even know I wanted to ask!) You can’t help but smile when you are around Raleigh. She is just that likeable and sincere and trustworthy. And, her communication skills are impecable and succinct. Most importantly, she responds to questions practically immediately. Simply put Raleigh is a phenomenal guide. She walked us through the home buying process and made us feel at ease. She was there for us every step of the way. First, she sifted through properties based on what we told her we wanted (and our budget) - and when what we thought we wanted changed - she shifted gears, taking everything in stride, and quickly steered us toward properties that suited our new set of wants and needs. Once we decided on a property she walked us through the process to make an offer - giving us advice supported by the current market and negotiated by pushing for our best interests. Next, she was invaluable when it came to the inspection. She summarized the important take aways from the inspection report, after asking pertinent questions and taking pictures during the inspection. No home is perfect, so after the inspection , she helped us negotiate great terms to fix necessary items. She made the process as transparent and seamless as possible. When it comes to recommendations - Raleigh is a one-stop-shop. In fact, I could hear people smiling, through the phone, when I told them she recommended them - from the inspector to the lender to the movers and the skilled trades people. And - she was spot on about every single one of them. When all was said and done she celebrated for us and with us. So - if you are in the market to buy a new home, run, not walk to select Raleigh as your real estate agent. Brian is incredible! I was moving from out of state and bounced between a few different Real Estate agency’s until I was introduced to Brian. It finally felt like we found someone who took genuine interest in helping us find what we were looking for. It was more then just answering a few questions like I experienced up to that point. It was a proactiveness. It was advice and suggestions. It was doing walk throughs for me while on face time so we could find the perfect home for me and my family.
